For independent strategy and management consultants. A way to cut the time you spend re-matching colors for each client and rebuilding last project's structure. Save a theme from three client colors, keep the structure you like as your own template, and reuse both on the next project.
If you are an independent strategy or management consultant, a new client means redoing the deck in their colors: title color, accent color and shape colors, slide by slide. And you rebuild, from memory, the structure that worked on the last project. This work has nothing to do with the content, and it eats time on every project. My Theme and My Templates exist to remove that repetition. Save the theme and structure once, and on the next project you just pick them up.
No slide-by-slide recoloring. Pick the theme and the whole deck changes.
Enter three colors, background, text and accent, and you have a theme. Card backgrounds, secondary text, borders and the rest are filled in by rules, so you do not pick ten colors. Make one theme per client, name it and save it. An account holds up to 50. When you get the same client again, pick that theme. When the client changes its colors, change one color in the theme.
Using a client's logo colors as they are, accent text can sink into a dark background. You hear about it in front of the client, and you fix it then. While you build the theme, the editor checks how readable the text is against its background and warns you. The "Make readable" button keeps the hue and moves only the lightness, so the client's color still looks like theirs and the text reads.
You do not force your message into a bought template. You reuse a frame you built.
A common complaint about bought templates is that they make you fit the message to the layout. A template here is the opposite: you collect the layouts you chose yourself, so the frame comes from your judgment. Add layouts you like from anywhere in the gallery, up to 25 slides per template and 50 templates per account. On the next project, open the saved template and change only the text in each slot. You do not rebuild the structure. A template references your theme. Change the theme color and every template using it follows, so when a client rebrands you do not open each deck to fix it.
In the end you send a PPT file to the client. Your theme applies on export too, so the colors you saw on screen are the colors in the file. If a slide could not take your colors you are told rather than left to find out, so you also spend less time checking slide by slide before sending.
If you draft decks with Claude or ChatGPT, connect over MCP and save the result straight into your templates. For the next deck, the AI reads the saved frame and fills in content with the same layouts and theme, so you do not re-explain "our client's colors, this structure" every time.
