Closing - Decision Log.

A record-keeping closing slide that ends the meeting by writing down what was settled and what was not, each line carrying its owner and its rationale. A single oversized count of parked items stands beside the conclusion at the top, the middle is a three-to-five row decision ledger whose row rules run full bleed to both canvas edges while the text stays inside the margin, and the bottom holds the next review and the route for objections.

Overview

Best for: The final slide of a steering committee or governance meeting, sprint reviews and investment committees that need settled and parked items confirmed on one screen, and any session where the decisions and their rationale have to survive as the record.

Use: When a meeting has to be closed by recording what was settled and what was parked, each with its owner and rationale. Keeping the parked items in the same table as the settled ones is what prevents the "wasn't that decided?" question two weeks later.

Avoid: For distributing future work use closing-action-plan-checklist; for asking acceptance of a single undecided proposal use closing-decision-frame; for requesting a signed approval use cta-approval-signoff. Past five decisions, split them across two slides by topic.
