A scorecard that measures four go-to-market channels on four metrics with different units and gives each channel its own verdict (scale / sustain / cut). A conclusion header with a blended benchmark card, a table of channels as rows and metrics as columns with the channel CAC drawn as a horizontal bar, and reading notes at the bottom. It is a reallocation table, not a matrix that crowns one winner.

Best for: GTM channel performance reviews, reallocating marketing budget, proving acquisition efficiency in an investor deck, exposing the channel gap that a blended CAC hides
Use: When three to five channels or segments must be measured at once on several metrics with different units, and each item needs its own prescription (scale, sustain, cut). Use it where the conclusion is a shift in budget rather than a single winner: GTM channel reviews, marketing budget approvals, acquisition efficiency in an investor deck. The point of the layout is to expose the spread that a single blended CAC conceals.
Avoid: Use comparison-decision-matrix to pick one vendor by weighted score, comparison-feature-matrix or comparison-multi-competitor-grid for feature presence, comparison-table to contrast two options. Use chart-bar for a single metric, chart-mix-shift-columns for a shift in composition over time, chart-slope-comparison for change between two points. If every cell shares a unit, chart-heatmap and its color ramp reads better. Past six channels the rows get too short for the CAC bars to read, so keep the top five and roll the rest into an Other row.
