A deliverable cover for a named recipient. An asymmetric split divided by a single 1px vertical rule: a 62% title block on the left (engagement label, two-line title, subtitle) with the confidentiality notice pinned at its bottom, and a 38% document-control ledger of six label/value rows on the right. Zero cards, zero images, with accent limited to the top rule and the outlined stamp.

Best for: The first page of an official deliverable that must state its recipient, distribution limit, and document version: consulting proposals, due-diligence packs, board reports, IB pitchbooks, and tender submissions
Use: Use it as the cover of an official document with a named recipient and restricted distribution. It fits when the cover's real job is document control (recipient, sender, document number, version, issue date, distribution limit) and a confidentiality notice rather than impact, and when the same deck is revised over several rounds and the version must be traceable. If you adopt a confidentiality footer, this cover is where that rule starts, so apply it consistently on every slide after it.
Avoid: Do not use it for a presentation cover meant to pull an audience in. Use cover-bold-statement or cover-fullbleed-text when a single claim is the star, cover-editorial-masthead for magazine-style authority with a bottom image band, cover-split to put a visual panel on the right, cover-event-details for date and venue logistics, and cover-speaker-intro to introduce a presenter. A table of a company's own facts belongs in company-profile, not on a cover. If the recipient is not named, the notice rings hollow and there is no reason to pick this layout.
