A cover for a document issued under two names. A band across the top ignores the edge margins and bleeds to both canvas edges, carrying a lockup of the two wordmarks joined by a single glyph. A role line under each wordmark settles on the cover which organization leads and which supports, and below the band the title and a three-cell submission meta strip sit on the same left alignment axis.

Best for: Covers for joint proposals issued by two companies, co-hosted seminars and conferences, consortium RFP responses, and reports on a signed MOU or partnership
Use: Use it when more than one organization is issuing the document. Joint proposals, co-hosted seminars, consortium RFP responses, and MOU or partnership reports all need the cover to settle both who is issuing it together and what each side owns. Both wordmarks are set at the same size, with precedence carried only by the role line beneath, so joint authorship reads as a partnership rather than a hierarchy. The joining glyph is a slot too, so pick the × , + , or & that matches the convention for that document.
Avoid: With a single issuer, use cover-centered, cover-split, or cover-bold-statement. Use cover-confidential-brief for a single-name deliverable addressed to a named recipient, cover-speaker-intro when the presenter is the subject, cover-event-details when the date and venue lead, and cover-editorial-masthead for print masthead grammar. Past two organizations the lockup overflows horizontally, so switch to a logo grid such as company-clients or feature-integration-partners. If what you need is a body slide introducing partners, look at the company family instead of a cover.
