A closed call to action that asks the decision makers in the room for a signature against a date, rather than addressing an open audience. Left 58 percent holds what is being approved (the ask in one sentence, two bounded figures for amount and scope, and three supporting reasons); right 42 percent holds the deadline card and the named approvers; a bottom band lists the three things that unblock the moment it is signed. The layout does not stand up without a date and names.

Best for: Internal budget approvals, steering committee go/no-go gates, the sign-off ask right before an SOW or contract, the final decision slide of a proposal
Use: When the deck has to close on "this person must sign by this date" rather than "get in touch". Use it for internal budget approvals, steering committee go/no-go gates, and the sign-off ask before an SOW or contract. It works when the ask fits in one bounded sentence, there are boundary figures such as amount and scope, and you can name two to four approvers with their current state. Without a date and names it says the same thing as cta-next-steps, so do not use it there.
Avoid: For an open or unidentified audience use cta-contact, cta-demo-booking, or cta-qr-scan. Use cta-next-steps to announce your own execution plan, cta-pilot-proposal for pilot scope and mutual obligations, cta-funding-ask for an investment amount and its use. Use cta-countdown-urgency if remaining time is the persuasion device, closing-decision-frame to set the criteria for choosing, and process-raci-matrix for role allocation across workstreams. With a single approver the list is overkill, so put one line in cta-closing; past four the rows get too short for the status badges, so keep only the real decision makers.
