Asymmetric two-column market sizing slide: three concentric circles whose radii scale with the square root of each value, beside a three-row ledger carrying the amounts and the sizing formulas. The outermost TAM ring is cropped off the left and top edges of the canvas, so 'the market is bigger than this slide' reads out of the structure itself.

Best for: Market size slide in a fundraising deck, showing TAM/SAM/SOM hierarchy together with the sizing basis, scoping a new business proposal, publishing a bottom-up calculation
Use: When a deck or proposal needs market size shown as a TAM/SAM/SOM hierarchy and also demands the formula behind each figure on the same slide. Radii scale with the square root of value, so area encodes size and the gap between the three scopes reads instantly.
Avoid: Use diagram-venn-overlap when the intersection of the circles is the point, diagram-pyramid-hierarchy for discrete stacked tiers, and chart-donut-breakdown for a split that sums to 100%. If the smallest scope is under 1/200 of the largest, the inner ring cannot even hold its label, so switch to a table. Four or more scopes break concentric readability.
