Asymmetric two-column agenda that frames the outline as four questions instead of section nouns. Hierarchy comes from type scale and divider rows rather than cards, and only the first question is scaled up and tinted.
Use: When you want the agenda to state the questions you will answer, aligning the audience's concerns with your running order. Fits decision meetings and research talks.
Avoid: Use outline-agenda-timeblock to control timing, outline-agenda for a plain section list, and outline-progress-tracker to show the current position. With five or more questions the rows shrink and the hierarchy collapses.
