Outline - Recap Bridge.

A bridging agenda that joins what was agreed and closed last session (three items, left) to what today covers (four items, right) on one slide. A vertical rule and an arrow chip between the columns make the 'from there to here' link structural, and a single line at the bottom pins down what this session must decide.

Overview

Best for: Openers for the second session onward in a multi-session engagement, continuing a workshop series, restarting a weekly or biweekly operating review, briefing a phase handover on a long project

Use: Opening the second or any later session of a recurring engagement. Use it to declare that last session's agreements stay closed and to narrow today's scope to what is still open. Fits operating reviews whose attendees rotate and need past decisions restated, and long projects crossing into a new phase.

Avoid: If only today's outline matters use outline-agenda or outline-numbered-tiles, and outline-agenda-timeblock to control timing. Use outline-progress-tracker to mark the current position in the whole plan, outline-chapter-break as a divider into one section. In a first session there is no past to recap and the left column goes empty.
