An answer-first preview that opens with the three conclusions to take away instead of listing the topics to be covered. A three-tier stack: a header, three full-width takeaway bands (number, the claim in one sentence, one line of evidence, a section reference), and a hand-off line. The claim is the largest type on the slide, so even someone who leaves early takes the point with them.

Best for: BLUF openers for executive reviews and investment committees, conclusion-first briefings, nailing down three points before a long talk, preview slides for rooms where stakeholders may drop off midway
Use: As the opener wherever the room only wants the conclusion. Use it in executive reviews, investment committees and board meetings, where the talk gets interrupted by questions or some attendees leave early, to nail the three key points up front. The claim is the largest type and each one carries a line of evidence, so a single slide delivers both the assertion and its basis. The section reference on each takeaway also pre-writes where to jump when a question lands.
Avoid: Use outline-agenda or outline-numbered-tiles for a plain topic agenda, outline-question-agenda to frame the agenda as questions, outline-agenda-timeblock for a timed schedule, outline-checklist-scope to declare what is in and out of scope, and the closing-key-takeaways family for conclusions at the end of a talk. It does not fit an exploratory talk with no conclusion yet, a storytelling structure that needs the conclusion held back, or more than three takeaways (the bands get too short and the claims wrap).
