A terms summary that lays out contract clauses rather than prices. Contract length, billing cycle, uptime commitment, support coverage, renewal and price escalation stack one per row as clause name / commitment / qualifier, with one line at the bottom stating what is still negotiable. No cards: a head rule and row dividers make it read like a contract schedule.
Best for: Terms-agreement slides, renewal negotiations, procurement and legal review briefings, clause summaries in enterprise proposals, sharing an SLA commitment
Use: When the price is settled and only the contract terms remain. Collects four to six conditions (length, billing, uptime, support, cancellation and renewal, escalation) on one slide as label / value / qualifier for a pre-signature review. Fits procurement or legal briefings and renewal talks where the issue is 'on what terms' rather than 'how much'.
Avoid: To compare prices per plan use pricing-plans, pricing-tier-ledger or pricing-comparison-table. Use pricing-billing-toggle when the monthly/annual switch is the message, pricing-roi-snapshot to argue payback, pricing-usage-based for metered structure, pricing-enterprise for quote-on-request. Past seven clauses the cells get too short and the qualifiers clip, so move the rest to an appendix.
