An outcome-based pricing slide: only results that pass a stated success test are billed, and everything that misses is shown as zero. A conclusion header, a hero unit price with a no-charge badge beside it and the human cost it replaces on the right, then a monthly settlement example whose bar splits billed from waived volume, plus the commitment terms. The charge trigger and the waiver sit on the same screen, which is the point of the layout.

Best for: Explaining outcome-based pricing for AI agents and automation, proposing performance-based contracts, proving the saving against the cost of human handling, reversing adoption risk through the pricing structure itself
Use: When the billed unit is a successful result rather than consumption, and the success test, the zero-charge on a miss and the resulting invoice all have to appear together. Fits pricing for AI agents and automation products, performance-based proposals, and sales decks that reverse adoption risk.
Avoid: Use pricing-usage-based when every unit of consumption is billed. Use pricing-plans or pricing-freemium for fixed tiers, pricing-comparison-table for a feature matrix, pricing-billing-toggle for billing periods, pricing-roi-snapshot for the buyer’s payback. Do not use it when the success test cannot be written as a number, the centre of the layout goes empty. The split bar does not hold more than two billing outcomes.
