A capital-efficiency ledger laid out as a horizontal timeline: each round carries the amount raised, the amount deployed and the metric that money bought. A conclusion header with total raised and ARR per won raised on one row, four round columns under a continuous rail with a deployment bar each, and a bottom note on where the company stands. It is a record that proves how past rounds were spent, not a list of events.

Best for: Proving funding history and capital efficiency in an investor deck, the deployment scorecard that goes right before the next ask, board reporting on cumulative results against money raised
Use: When three or four rounds have to be shown with more than the amount: how much was deployed and what metric it produced. Put it immediately before the ask so the prior deployment is proven first. Use it for funding history in an investor deck and cumulative results in board reporting.
Avoid: Use cta-funding-ask to present this round’s amount and use of funds. Use timeline-milestone for events without amounts, company-history for the growth story, timeline-roadmap for quarterly plans. Do not use it for a single round, the columns read as empty. Past five rounds the columns get too narrow for the deployment bar and the outcome sentence to read together, so fold the early rounds into one.
